meet Olivia Morganosky My Resume but better.

Who is olivia?

Me!

My Story P.s. Olivia new who she was at a young age.

I grew up a creative kid whose favorite class was always art, anything that involved drawing, coloring, or making a mess. I spent my first 10 years in Arizona and the next seven in Houston, where I learned two very important things: how to say “y’all” and what Whataburger is. I graduated high school early and took a gap semester with Semester at Sea, basically college on a cruise ship, where I traveled to 18 countries in four months.

That experience sparked my love for being abroad. I later studied at the University of Miami and spent junior year living in Paris, where I fell in love with the city, the architecture, and sitting in the green chairs at the Luxembourg Gardens pretending I was French.

So far I have been to 28 countries and counting, and my goal in life is to feel more connected to the world by meeting people, sharing stories, and collecting experiences along the way through travel and business.

Me again!

My Experience One thing about me is i like to try new things

I am the CEO of side quests. When I was little, I was the lemonade stand queen, and I would sell clothes on Instagram with a drive-through drop-off at my mailbox.

My work journey started at SoulCycle in Coral Gables during my first summer in Miami. I decided that if I could spend a summer alone in a new city, I would be able to move to any city by myself. That summer became a huge learning experience in being truly independent, making new friends in a place where I knew zero people, and starting my first job. I was promoted within two weeks and, not surprisingly, was put in charge of making milestone cards and drawing fun pictures to celebrate riders’ accomplishments. Soon enough, people started asking me to draw custom ones just for them.

My next adventure was working at Alo as a sales associate, where I was known as the store’s “Chatty Kathy.” My manager would watch me say hi to a customer, and the next thing you knew it looked like we had known each other for years.

I later completed my first internship at Mr. C Hotels in HR, where I learned about people, teams, and building company culture. I also started a small trend of colorful and fun outfits around the office, as usual.

Next, I interned at EY in New York City in Financial Services Risk Management Consulting, where I experienced my first true corporate environment and got to live in the Big Apple. After that, I interned at Authentic Brands Group in operations for the LATAM market, where I learned about the complexities of international business, legal structures, and building partnerships through business development.

In between all of these jobs, I also did some social media marketing and dog sitting because why not?

The smallest act can make the biggest difference.

My art!

My Skills I believe if you will never know if you are good at something until you try something

To the left, you can see an original piece by me that showcases my out-of-the-box thinking, I draw outside the lines and see life in a colorful, fun way. This was made at a painting class in Miami, and if I showed you the original piece we were supposed to recreate, you would laugh. The instructor told us we could pick any color for anything, so yes, I chose a pink llama.

I am a Canva wizard and absolutely love the platform for making flyers, campaigns, presentations, and branding portfolios, I would much rather get into the nitty-gritty of Canva than play Candy Crush on a plane. I excel at breaking down problems and finding solutions, and I can always find a way to pivot. I truly believe that where there's a will, there's a way.

Me Cooking!

My Skills I believe if you will never know if you are good at something until you try something

I also have to mention that I may or may not be a secret chef. I started cooking at age six and ended up spending a day in the kitchen of a five-star sushi restaurant and I never looked back. I have always loved cooking and make homemade sauces for everything from Italian to Indian cuisine. My favorite prized dishes are a perfectly cooked steak and Olivia's spicy rigatoni.

These are just a few skills I've picked up along the way, but I always believe in trying, and I look forward to picking up many more throughout my career journey.

Yoga!

my journey through life lessons in Yoga

Lastly, I am a yogi at heart. I started practicing two years ago and truly found myself, building strength both internally and externally by devoting each practice to an intention and a willingness to try. The person I am today compared to two years ago has grown not only internally, learning to sit still and be present, but also physically through the poses I have developed over time. These poses did not come because I am naturally flexible.

They came because I built confidence, resilience, and the mental strength to sit through discomfort, to try, fall, fail, and start over again.

Yoga is a lot like life. Sometimes you fall out of balance and the only way forward is to stand back up and try again. I enter yoga one person and leave another. At the start my mind is filled with racing thoughts and by the end there is clarity. I truly recommend everyone try a yoga class because it is not about the poses. It is truly about the mind.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Falling down is an accident, staying down is a choice.” Whether you are in a difficult pose, a hard moment in life, or facing an important decision, it ultimately comes down to choice.

I always stare out the window on planes

My Mission surround yourself with people you love and do what you love

You truly only get to live this life once, so do what you love. Outside of work and school, I take pride in traveling the world and talking to as many people as possible, whether it’s strangers in an elevator, on a plane, or surprisingly even in the sauna. You never know who you’re going to meet or where a conversation might lead, whether it becomes a new business connection or simply a valuable exchange of ideas. Go travel, talk to people, make conversation, and always stay humble so you can keep learning and growing no matter where you are in life. You will never know everything, so keep trying to learn as much as you can. Even if you’re bad at something, you’ll never know what you’re good at until you try.

Me in the wild as you can see I really like color

My version of “when life gives you lemons”… drumroll: “When life gives you lemons, make lemon cake, lemon loaf, lemonade, and lemon pasta. The only limits you have are the ones you set.”
